Who we are
This website belongs to LEGILEGACY. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean LEGILEGACY.
You can reach us by writing to info@legilegacy.com.
Website hosting and platform
This website was built with, and is hosted by, a website-building service that LEGILEGACY uses. The service runs the servers that send you each page.
To keep the website running and safe, those servers may keep technical records of each visit, such as the page asked for, the time and the kind of browser. We use these records to fix problems and to protect the website from misuse.
Visitor analytics
This website counts visits with a simple analytics tool run by the service that hosts it.
The tool only loads after you say yes on the cookie banner. It does not load if you say no, and it does not load if your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal.
When it is on, it records things like which pages were viewed, the type of device and browser, and roughly where in the world a visit came from (country and city). Your internet address is used for a moment to make that guess and is then discarded. It is not stored.
When someone sends a form or a form fails, a count is added that holds the form and the kind of problem, and nothing about the person.
Contact forms and leads
When you send us a message through a form on this website, we receive what you type into it, such as your name, your email address and your message. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of your request.
Please send only what is needed. Do not put anything very sensitive in a form unless we have asked for it.
Spam protection
The forms on this website are protected from automated misuse by a check that runs in your browser while you fill the form in. It does not ask you to pick out pictures.
The check is run by the service that hosts this website, not by an advertising company. It is used only to tell people from automated programs.
Consent banner and cookie choices
This website asks you before it loads anything that measures how the site is used. Your answer is kept in a small cookie from this website, so that we do not ask you again on every page. It is the only thing stored on your device because of that choice, and it is stored only after you answer.
You can change your choice at any time using the cookie choices control on the website. Saying no does not stop you using the website.
Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we keep your email address so that we can send it to you.
To stop receiving it, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or get in touch with us by writing to info@legilegacy.com.
Maps
This website shows a map provided by another company. When the map loads, that company can receive your internet address and details about your visit, and may set its own cookies. What it does with them is explained in its own privacy information.
Security
Pages on this website are sent to you over an encrypted connection, and the service that hosts it takes steps to protect the information we hold.
No website or storage system is perfectly safe, so we cannot promise that information can never be lost or reached by someone who should not see it.
Retention and deletion
We keep the messages you send us for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep our own records. We do not keep them longer than we need to.
If you want us to delete something you sent us, get in touch with us by writing to info@legilegacy.com.
Visitor rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch with us by writing to info@legilegacy.com and tell us what you would like. We may need to check who you are first.
Which rights you have depends on where you live. If you are unhappy with how we handled your request, you may be able to complain to the authority in your country.
International transfers
The service that hosts this website, and the other services mentioned on this page, may handle information on servers in countries other than the one you live in. Your country may have its own rules about that.
Children
This website is for a general audience and is not made for young children. We do not knowingly ask children for information. If you think a child has sent us something, get in touch with us by writing to info@legilegacy.com and we will look into it.
Changes to this page
We may change this page when our website changes, for example when we start or stop using a service. The date it was last changed is shown at the top of the page, and the services listed here are the ones this website uses now.
